Individual Therapy

Life can be full of joy. It can also include pain and distress. If you find yourself challenged with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, trauma, career struggles, or grief, therapy can help. Therapy is also a wonderful tool for those wanting to gain a better understanding of the self, foster personal growth, and cultivate a stronger mind-body connection.

Fee: $140 per 50-minute session

Adolescents (16+)

Teens face many pressures during a time when their brains and bodies are maturating towards independent adulthood. Some struggle with depression, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed. Therapy can provide a safe, non-threatening place for them to express their feelings, explore their values, and navigate the many choices they face as they transition into independence.

Fee: $140 per 50-minute session

Couples Therapy

Many relationships face struggles that result in pain and conflict. Couples therapy can help. Whether you are a new couple or a seasoned couple, therapy can help strengthen your bond, heal from past hurts, and improve communication and conflict resolution.

Fee: $180 per 50-minute session

Support for Parents

Raising children presents unique challenges at all stages while busy lives with competing demands can make day-to-day family life feel chaotic and full of stress. Taking care of yourself can often take a backseat. Learning ways to cope and engage in self-care will have a positive effect on your health and your parenting. Exploring parenting techniques that meet your child’s needs while honoring your value system can put a supportive structure in place. This can reduce power struggles and conflict and create space for more enjoyable times.

Fee: $140 for individual session, $180 for couples session

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to develop self-awareness, practice self-expression in a safe environment, and learn coping skills. Getting feedback from and listening to others who are facing similar challenges provides support that can’t be replicated in individual therapy.

You do not need to be in individual therapy to attend my groups. However, you will need to set up a 15-minute consultation with me prior to joining one of my groups (e.g., grief, managing anxiety, stress management, thriving after divorce, etc.).

Fee: $45 per 90-minute group session

Being human is not about being any one particular way; it is about being as life creates you—with your own particular strengths and weaknesses, gifts and challenges, quirks and oddities.
